It was well earned and about time! Of course teaching CrossFit skills is not really work for me but still had to show up on time. Thanks to the Gillespie family for having us for 5 days and thanks to CrossFit XLR8 for allowing me to practice my craft. I hope you all had as much fun as Avie and I did!
