I got 2 Muscle Ups today! To bad the first one was in the warm up, and the second was in the first round. Then I spent 7 minutes of the workout trying to get number 2... After that I did 4 pull ups and 4 ring dips for the muscle ups. Ended up with 5 rounds total.

couldnt get a muscle up. did 5 rounds + kb swings and pullups
