good workout.

Well, I went to the track at about 9:30pm, hoping that there wouldn't be anyone else there to see me run backwards. There were like 30 people there. So I warm up (squats, pull-ups, stretching) and get a couple slow laps in. Then my phone starts ringing. Then I slightly roll my ankle as I step off the track. At that point, I decided that someone doesn't want me to run. So I went home and grabbed my kettlebell. Here is my WOD...

50 Turkish Get-ups w/44lb Kettlebell

I did 5 with my right arm before switching to my left arm for 5 more, and continued like that for a total of 25 per side. It took me 21:19 to finish with 50 total.
