My time was pathetic need to train in class to have the competitive drive.
Still finished under 10minutes with 50 pull-ups deadhang with supinated grip.Then moved on to the Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, finally Squats all were 100 reps.

one of the hardest workouts ever, the heat was painful!
