How do you feel after your workout?
In todays WOD the time finished out before I could finish my rounds.
20 minutes at 4 Rounds with 115 lbs. for Press.
The Rowing was butter but, the Pressing was draining.

it was tough to not do a push press.

4 rounds + rowing and 10 presses.
1st round was with a 95lb bar. Other 4 were with 115lb.

Schyler, really like the way your mixing things around during the warm-up. Its been nice to have some variance and new exercises to do. Thanks for the help on hand stands and one legged squats! Your coaching keeps getting better and better, keep it up!
