70lb KB was the hardest part but the double unders were tough too!
Slower is better with the DU.

FTS you are a monster.
4 rds. could of been 5 but, shy of 7 pull-ups.
Within a month of doing CrossFit FTS this has been one of the funnest workout.

well Ron, I talked a lot of smack about beating your 6 rds but couldn't get it done. Did 5 full rds. + 10 box jumps as rx'd. The pull-ups really kicked my ass. The 70lb KB swings were exhausting but I got through them all without putting the weight down. Good workout...thats 3 really hard workouts in a row, looking forward to tomorrow.
