For time: 150 Pushups Every time you stop doing pushups sprint 40 yards and do another set of pushups. If you can do 150 pushups then you don't have to run any sprints. Enjoyed doing the press, gotta fight against gravity and weight from it making too great of an arch on lower back. Overall think it is a great workout and will lead into greater strength gains, and more real everyday life activity use.
