100 wallballs for time; use 8lb ball; 10ft target
Strength WOD
5 rounds not timed:
80% of 1 rep Squat Clean; 3 reps
5 Handstand pushups
10 Pullups
Met - Con WOD
5 Rounds for time:
15 Lateral Shuffles
15 Burpees
15 GHD Situps
