Heather Scheiwtzman could barely survive the warmup when she started doing our WODs. Now she is a top performer, never settling for mediocrity and always wanting to improve. Pictured below Heather is climbing the rope for the first time (she has the bruises to go along with the picture). Keep striving for the high standards Heather, you are what CrossFit is all about. Not only is Heather an awesome athlete, she is getting CrossFit Level I certified in January. CrossFit is alive a well in Uvalde, Tx.
