Cody Rae and Schyler took home third place in the women's and men's individual competition Saturday.

Pictured with Alamo CrossFit owner Rick Martinez, Cody and Schyler had to squat, press and lift their best in a competition with some very strong men and women.

If you want to know what strong is you have to see a CrossFit lifting meet in person. There is nothing like it.
