You can never go wrong being real strong! 405lbs was once my max rep goal. Next, time I hit DLs I am going for 405lbs x 5 reps. You gotta learn the difference between Strength Training and bodybuilding. Also, full ROM goes without saying. If you can do it for 5 you got it.

Another Trainer Is Born

Congrats to Heather! She just attended her CrossFit Level I certification at Alamo CrossFit in San Antonio. Heather just completed an intense 4 months of preperation to prepare her for the responsibilities of being a trainer. Her class begins February 1, 2010 at 6am and will run Mon, Wed, Fri. Make sure you congratulate her when you see her. It is because of success stories like Heather's that more people want to do CrossFit, Thanks for being an inspiration for us all Heather. Here's to you and years of success, you deserve it!
