At F.T.S.-Elite training is offered in a small group format. There are two options currently available to interested clients. One set of classes is two days a week and the other is three days a week. The program will continue to evolve and expand to accomadate your ever changing fitness needs.
2 classes a week is $85.00/month
3 classes a week is $100.00/month
Current class times are Mon, Tues, Thurs @ 5:30pm; and Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs @ 6:30pm
